We are extremely conscious of our role in the community as a good neighbour. As proof of this we take every possible measure to minimise the environmental impact of each and every project. We strive to maintain construction standards that meet Australian “green star” ratings and currently have in place Green Star Office design applications.

This approval, given by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA), is only granted to companies that integrate green building initiatives and engage in green building programs, technologies, designs and construction practices.

Neal McCulloch Chief Excecutive Officer

Neal has over 30 years of experience in senior roles in a variety of businesses and industries, including stockbroking/funds management; manufacturing; agribusiness and chartered accounting and is responsible for the overall strategy and operations of the Excel business.  Neal has been with Excel for over 5 years in the Chief Financial Officer role and over that time has developed a deep understanding of all facets of the business.  He holds a Bachelor of Business and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Candice Redmond General Manager Property

With an impressive background working on commercial and retail projects including The Barracks, SW1 and Nundah Village, Candice is responsible for the management of Excel’s industrial, retail and commercial division. Originally a lawyer with Property Solutions Group, Candice specialises in all aspects of planning,design, construction and delivery through to leasing and management.

Jeneane Morphett General Manager Finance

Jeneane's 25 years’ experience in the UK and Australia is backed by her extensive knowledge base and commitment to deliver effective accounting and financial solutions to support the Excel team and their projects. Jeneane holds a Bachelor of Business and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Robert Dekker Senior Property Manager

Robert's career in property management spans 18 years; specialising in Commercial and Retail Shopping Centre Management. Robert has extensive experience working with commercial agencies and institutional investors as well as self-managed asset companies. Also achieving a Bachelor of Business in Property Studies, Robert is a welcome asset to our team.

Mark Hatch Senior Facilities Manager

Trained and based in the Northern Territory for 25 years, Mark’s trade specialties include electrical, mechanical and air conditioning maintenance.  Most recently the National Maintenance Manager for Puma Energy for 5 years, Mark joins the Excel Team as Senior Facilities Manager for all commercial and retail buildings in Excel’s portfolio.

Joanne Maranta Property Manager

Joanne’s property experience commenced in marketing and mall merchandising  roles over a period of seven years with Westfield and then another seven years with the Trinity Group as a Commercial Property Manager. After working in Federal politics for several years Joanne decided to return to property temping as a property administrator at Savills and more recently working at HG Property Services.

Christina Hii Financial Accountant

With an accounting career spanning over 20 years in Malaysia and Australia, Christina Hii brings a wealth of accounting knowledge and experience to the Excel Group. Christina has developed her skills working with property companies including Yong Realty Group and Naim Holdings Berhad.

Nicola Garrett Business Analyst

Nicola joins the Excel Team with an outstanding 15 years’ experience working in the UK, Switzerland, Falkland Islands and Gibraltar for global industries including retail, tourism and wealth management.  Specialising in accounts management and internal business processes, Nicola is also a member of CIMA, CPA and holds a BA Hons in Accounting and Financial Analysis.

Dorota Misso Executive Assistant to the CEO and Chairman

Dorota supports Excel’s executive team with ten years administration and office management experience from the UK, New Zealand and Australia. With a strong background in the finance industry, Dorota assists in the development of dynamic management systems and solutions for every Excel project.

Nikki Stephenson Property Management Assistant

Nikki has excelled in office administration, property management and executive support roles in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Australia. Working with local government and the private sector, Nikki brings 12 years’ experience to the Excel team and holds a Diploma in Project Management and Cert IV – Business Administration.

Lina Vasquez Accounts Assistant

With a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and 6 years on the ground experience in the real estate industry in Australia, Lina joins the highly skilled and qualified Excel Finance team as Accounts Assistant.  Lina adds depth of experience to Excel’s Finance Team and is primarily responsible for the accounts payable area of the business.
